Daniel and Chu
The documentary we watched on the tragedy that occurred in New Orleans was devastating. It allowed me to understand the values of life that I should be appreciating rather than ignoring and being selfish. Those people lived nearly uncomfortable before the hurricane even hit. Watching how they had to survive throughout the storm was heart breaking. The government basically left them for dead. Thousands died and millions cried because of hurricane Katrina. After the storm was over, houses were destroyed and the love for their city was fading to abolishment. I now look at my city and can be thankful for what it is in front of me instead of being ungrateful for what it's not. I highly recommend this documentary to everyone. Anyone who has a heart should give his/her condolences to the families who lost love ones and homes.
