When I watched the documentary on the Hurricane Katrina victims, I felt so bad for them because of what they had to endure. Some families couldn’t evacuate out of the city, so they had to go through rough times in tough conditions. A lot of lives were lost, homes destroyed, and families torn apart because of a Hurricane that crept on New Orleans like a thief in the night. Even former President Bush was overwhelmed by what Katrina did to this beautiful city. Seeing that documentary opened a lot of eyes on what really went down from a first person point of view. I believe this documentary should be shown nationwide on television to make the country see how this natural disaster tore a great city to pieces.
