Trouble Waters
When I was watching the Hurricane Katrina Film, I saw that the
people were scared for their lives and thousands of people died.
Most of them were old and others couldn’t get out of New
Orleans because they either didn’t have transportation or the
National Guard didn’t get to them in time.
I felt sorry for the people who lost their families and at the same
time I felt scared for them because I was thinking if I was one of
them and I had no way of getting out of New Orleans and I’m
stuck, I would be worried that the National Guard forgot about me
and my family.
When I was watching the movie I saw a lot of water, and homes
crushed by the winds and cars under water flipped over and
people trying to save each other. I also saw that it took awhile for
the National Guard, also one of the main people in the movie called
an information hotline about a rescue team and the lady on the
other end said that no one, not even the police would be making
rescues because there was way to much water.
